Why?
That’s the first question I asked myself when I decided to create a blog. After all, I’m at least five years behind the curve here. Anyone who is important has been blogging for at least that long. What more could I have to offer to the Internets than anyone else who is already blogging? Nothing really.
The truth is that I know a little about a lot, but certainly not a lot about anything. At present, that seems worth a blog to me.
One might also argue that I have no time to do this. I have a good full-time job, still do a little computer work here and there, pursue endless DIY projects, serve as a Presbyterian deacon, and (best of all) work to be husband and father to a wonderful wife and five children.
It’s a good argument, but to me, those are all things to write about. That’s what you’ll find here. Expect to see quite an eclectic mix of personal anecdotal stories, recounting of my recent projects, lessons on the catechism, opinion pieces, and more.
